We provide comprehensive advice to candidates of any seniority (from career starters to experienced partners) on potential next career steps with a focus on honest advice and long-term success. We are not looking to make a “quick buck”. 

We know the German legal market from law firms over MDPs and legal tech providers. 

We create an anonymous profile for our candidates, with which they can apply to the employers of their choice. If the employer is also interested, we will send the identified profile after the candidate's approval.  

The advantage for the candidate is the possibility to initially approach the market anonymously. 

Moreover, not least because of our extensive network, we also have creative ideas away from the "usual suspects".
