We present candidates to our clients in a targeted manner, with whom we have had extensive discussions and who we believe really fit the client. 

We are in contact with many candidates who are potentially willing to change jobs and are waiting for the "right" career step. These candidates often cannot be reached by means such as job postings. We respond to this situation with an anonymous application as a first step. 

Our broad network of candidates, built up over many years, covers every professional specialisation, every seniority as well as regions beyond the usual "lawyer hotspots".
