Associate (m/f/d) for Banking & Finance in prestigious medium-sized law firm

We are looking for an Associate (m/f/d) for a reputable medium-sized law firm with several locations in Germany to expand the Banking & Finance practice group. 

The focus of the specific team is on financing advice and advice on securitisations. Among other things, they provide consultation in the areas of real estate financing, project financing, acquisition financing and structured financing.

Furthermore, the team also advises on asset finance, sustainable finance and green finance, profit participation rights and mezzanine capital as well as securitisations.

The advisory portfolio also includes bonds, loan servicing, non-performing loans and general banking and banking supervisory law. Clients include banks, financial service providers and investors.
