Attorney (m/f/d) for the energy law sector

We are looking for an Attorney (m/f/d) for the legal consulting arm of a multidisciplinary consulting firm with worldwide representation in the field of energy law in Frankfurt. The consultancy is one of the renowned addresses in Germany. The attorneys work closely together with colleagues from auditing, tax consultancy and IT/ management consultancy.

The energy law team advises businesses along the entire value chain. Clients include energy suppliers as well as plant operators and infrastructure managers, electricity traders, associations and municipalities.

The team provides advice, for example, in the field of renewable energy as well as decentralised power and heat generation (e.g. wind, photovoltaics, biogas, hydropower and combined heat and power generation). Furthermore, the firm focuses on issues such as grid regulation and unbundling, promotion under the EEG or KWKG.

Clients are advised on the structuring of wind farms and the use of heat and electricity storage facilities as well as on the drafting of supply contracts and usage agreements or energy supply contracts and maintenance agreements. Furthermore, lease and usage contracts for generation plants are prepared. We also advise on the re-municipalisation of electricity and gas networks.

We are looking for an ambitious energy lawyer (m/f/d) with at least initial relevant professional experience who would like to work and advise as part of a friendly team in a multidisciplinary environment.
